I was hesitant about using a collections service to collect my judgment, but I knew I wanted to get my money. I
tried on my own but was unsuccessful. I then contacted California Court Collections. After speaking with them I
felt a measure of trust and thought that I would go out on a limb. To my surprise just 2 months later I had received
most of the money owed to me. One month later I received the full payment. It was nice to sit back and let
someone else take on the work.

I did not want to put any more money into my case. I had already spent money on court fees and process serving
and I was still coming up losing with no money. I was tired of the defendant and almost gave up until I decided to
call California Court Collections. I assigned my judgment to them and while results weren't immediate, I did get
full payment in due time. I knew my defendant would try to run so I did not anticipate them ever collecting. But
they did.

When I initially sued my defendant she worked at a job I was aware of. By the time my lawsuit was over and I had
won the judgment, she had quit her job and I didn't have any other way to collect my money. I called California
Court Collections and explained the situation to them. They told me that they could discover any further assets the
defendant might have. I was amazed that they located two bank accounts of the defendant and had performed a levy
to obtain the funds. They were able to do what I knew I could not have done.

My business had performed extensive work and labor for a customer. The customer refused to pay us when the
work was complete. We sued the customer thinking that he would pay us. Instead we were never able to find or
make contact with him again. We contacted California Court Collections who assured us that they would be diligent
in their efforts to find assets and enforce the judgment. Months later California Court Collections was able to levy
on a few accounts of the defendant and also the assets of his wife to satisfy the long overdue judgment.

My defendant owns a business. I didn't know anything about the businesses finances or assets at all. I just knew the
business conducted sloppy work and I wanted what I was owed. After successfully suing the business, I tried
several times to contact the business owner to get my money. I was never successful. I sought help through
California Court Collections. They asked for all the information that I had on the business including receipts and all
the names of people I had interacted with at the business. I supplied them with all I had. Surprisingly California
Court Collections was able to take money from the defendant's receivables and apply it to the judgment. I was so
happy to have finally nailed the business that ripped me off.

The person I sued had used other people's names to obtain assets. I figured I would never collect because the
defendant would just change his name. I contacted California Court Collections and provided all the names I knew
the defendant would use. They used their investigations division to obtain detailed information on him. When they
called to tell me they were successful in finding assets to satisfy the judgment, I was shocked. I waited and shortly
thereafter I received a check from California Court Collections for the monies owed. I don't know how they did it,
but I know I could not have done this myself.
